Name Labels for the International Sales Meeting
More Flexibility and Less Effort Thanks to Digital Name Badges
The Challenge
In fall 2025, WITTENSTEIN hosted a large international sales meeting. Around 250 sales colleagues from around the world came together to foster personal exchange between teams and interface departments, strengthen their market presence, and drive new innovations forward.
It quickly became clear to the organizing team that a digital and flexible name badge solution was needed for the four-day event to significantly reduce the effort involved with traditional paper name badges.
The Solution
After the quotation phase in August and a personal presentation, internal approval for renting the name labels was granted in mid-September. The digital name badges were delivered at the beginning of October and set up jointly with CCL Faubel. In addition to technical commissioning, the software, graphics, and overall visual appearance were customized individually.
During the international sales meeting, the name labels provided clear orientation, flexible group assignments, and easy adjustments for last-minute changes. The solution was integrated seamlessly into the event schedule and was received very positively by the participants.
Our rental option allows customers to experience our smart labels in real-world use. That makes it even more rewarding to see them deliver such convincing results.

The Result
Thanks to digital data transfer and the ability to upload information directly to the badges, the name labels significantly reduced the preparation effort required before the event. During the accreditation process on each day of the event, adjustments could be made quickly whenever needed.
Following the event, 150 labels were purchased. These will be used in the future for internal events as well as larger customer events held on the company’s premises.
